Rick Bayless: Food Revolutionary
As chef, cookbook author, restaurateur, and TV personality, Rick Bayless has many talents and interests. But it's his influence on Mexican cuisine, elevating it from humble taqueria fare to exquisite elegance at his restaurants Frontera, Topolobampo, and Xoco, that makes Chicagoans honored to claim him as their own. The host of the PBS series Mexico: One Plate at a Time, Bayless has also pioneered our city's farm-to-table movement and created a famous rooftop garden. Join him for a tasty conversation.
Bayless is joined in conversation by Niala Boodhoo, business reporter at WBEZ.
