How To Access Your Existing Account in Our New Ticketing System

We’re excited to announce that we have implemented a new ticketing system to better serve our patrons and community. This system will allow you to quickly purchase tickets as well as review your account information and upcoming events. 

If you already have an account with us and this is your first time logging into our new system, you’ll need to reset your password.

1. Click here to reset your password.
2. Once you reach the password reset page, enter the email associated with your Chicago Humanities account and click “Submit.” You’ll then receive an email from us, which includes a secure link to reset your password. 
3. Create a new password for your account. Passwords will need to be a minimum of 12 characters in length and contain both numeric and alphabetic characters, as well as one special character. 
4. Click “Save Changes” and you are done! 
5. Verify your login status by viewing your email address in the top left corner of your screen.

Whenever you want to review your account, update your information, or purchase tickets, log in with your email address and your newly created password. 

We recommend checking your contact information to make sure everything is up-to-date for our records.
