Murder on the Midwest Express: Theatre Un•Speak•Able
Last year's Stages favorite (and Chicago's own) Theatre Un•Speak•Able returns this May with its latest physical comedy gem, this time drawing from another well-loved literary genre, the whodunit. On a cold day in January in the year 2050, a high-speed train en route from Chicago to Toronto encounters a setback on the tracks: a murder. With an array of contradictory clues and alibis, everyone on the train becomes a suspect. The actors keep up a dizzying pace, switching characters faster than you can say "Agatha Christie!"
These performances are recommended for ages 12 and up. Running time is 60 minutes.
