Ezekiel Emanuel: Ethics of Healthcare
Ezekiel Emanuel is one of America's leading bioethicists as well as a key figure in the national debate on health care. Professor and vice provost for global initiatives at the University of Pennsylvania, he served in the Obama Administration as the Special Advisor for Health Policy to the Director of the White House Office of Management and Budget. Emanuel discusses the pressing issues facing US health care today, from access to insurance to the overall cost of American medicine.

Ezekiel J. Emanuel is the vice provost for Global Initiatives and chair of medical ethics and health policy at the University of Pennsylvania. He has served as special advisor for health policy to the director of the office of management and budget and is the former chair of the department of bioethics at the National Institutes of Health.
