Arianna Huffington: The Sleep Revolution
Arianna Huffington is among the most influential players shaping the national conversation on politics, the economy, the media, and public policy. Having changed the face of publishing, she has branched out to become a major cultural critic. Her most recent book, "The Sleep Revolution," based on the latest scientific discoveries, argues that only by renewing our relationship with sleep can we take control of our lives, live more fully, and enable ourselves to meet the inevitable challenges we all face. Huffington is joined in conversation by CHF's Associate Artistic Director, Alison Cuddy.
