About the Event:

Raised on the West Side of Chicago, artist Kelly Kristin Jones uses her art to challenge race, memory, and space. She continues to challenge our notions and historical narrative with her Plinths for the People monument project. Join Chicago Humanities for Kelly Kristin Jones’s immersive art experience outside of the Chicago History Museum to contemplate meaning, making, and the ever-changing landscape of the imaginary to reality.
