About the Event:
Photojournalists are some of the best storytellers in the world, challenging world views and telling unique stories. Join Chicago Humanities for a conversation between two Latino photojournalists - Chicago native and National Geographic Explorer Sebastián Hidalgo and Luis C. Garza, a journalistic voice of the Chicano movement with the iconic La Raza magazine for a multi-generational perspective on visual documentation's role, technology's impacts, questions about photojournalism ethics, and photography's impact on contemporary discussions.
