About the Event:
Cut Worms is the nom de plume of Cleveland-born, Brooklyn-based musician Max Clarke (the name comes from a William Blake proverb — the cut worm forgives the plough). For this event, Clarke will be joined by Chicago's own Jeff Tweedy of Wilco, and Ian Grant and Evan Laffer of Jokermen Podcast. Jokermen began as an exploration into Bob Dylan, but has since evolved into a vehicle for analysis and appreciation of music history, rock icons, and Good Music in general — a descriptor which very much applies to Clarke and Cut Worms. Join us for a special evening of conversation, plus a performance by Cut Worms.
This event is presented in partnership with the Old Town School of Folk Music.
