Join Marilynn Thoma Artistic Director Alison Cuddy and the Chicago Humanities Festival staff for its 30th Anniversary kickoff event on Thursday, March 14th at the Sofitel. CHF's programming staff will offer a deep dive on this year's theme, Power, and reveal the 2019 Springfest line-up!

CHF members are asked to reflect on some of their favorite moments and memories from festivals past as the evening concludes with a champagne toast to the 30th!


There will be passed bites and a cash bar.

Doors open at 6:15p. Program starts at 6:45pm. Toast at the end of the program.
