CHF's Books Unbound gets you back into the classroom — this time as the student! Join us this spring for these exciting lectures, curriculum conversations, and a hands-on creative workshop.
You are invited to join other Chicago-area educators at the 2012 CHF's Books Unbound series (formerly Classics in Context). With lectures from renowned university faculty and a dynamic peer group, this is your chance to examine some of the greatest works of literature with an eye on integrating them into your classroom. This spring, the series will help kick off CHF's 2012 theme with new perspectives on classic and contemporary American texts!
Teachers can earn up to 3 free CPDUs for attending each event.
A copy of each text and refreshments will be provided the day of each program.
Registration is open for all four events simultaneously.
Note: A $5 processing fee per order will serve as your deposit. Registration priority will be given to working teachers.
Books Unbound is made possible through the generosity of Polk Bros. Foundation.
